Merging duplicates
The merge engine: merge options, merge rules, safety limits and history.
- Merging duplicates Merge duplicates in Dedupely one at a time, in bulk, or on a schedule with Auto Merge, with safety limits and Merge Rules deciding what every merge keeps.
- Merge Rules Merge Rules decide field by field which value survives a merge. Set them once, override your CRM's native logic, and keep the data you actually wanted.
- Merge Safety Match limits and merge limits cap how large a duplicate group can get before Dedupely stops and asks you to review it, so no bulk merge ever runs away.
- Merge History Every merge Dedupely runs is recorded in Merge History. View it, search it, export it, and see exactly which record survived and which values it kept.
- Merging duplicates with an active HubSpot-Salesforce Integration Dedupely detects an active HubSpot-Salesforce Integration and merges in both CRMs at once, so the next sync cycle cannot rebuild the duplicate you merged.
