For CRM Admins

Clear the Duplicate Backlog, Then Keep Up Without Merging All Day

Clean up the backlog once with Merge Rules you trust, then let Auto Merge and Auto Match handle new duplicates while you get on with the rest of your job.

Keeping the CRM clean is a job on top of your job

Imports, forms, integrations and reps keep adding records, and the admin cleans up after all of them, usually alongside everything else. Native tools merge a few records at a time, so the backlog keeps growing. Dedupely lets you clean it up once with rules you trust, then keeps it clean on a schedule. Nothing changes in your CRM until you merge.

How Dedupely compares for CRM admins

Criterion Native CRM tools Other dedupe tools Dedupely
Finding duplicates already in the CRM Most check records as they're created. Scanning the whole database needs a higher plan in some CRMs. Most scan existing records, with varying match options. Preset Duplicate Searches on every synced object. Scanning never changes your CRM.
Merging in bulk Most merge a few records at a time. Bulk merging needs a higher plan, or a request to support, in some CRMs. Most support bulk merging. Bulk merge with select-all, on every plan.
Choosing which values survive Most keep the primary record's values unless you pick them one merge at a time. Most offer merge rules, with varying detail. Field-level and Primary record-level win/lose Merge Rules.
Merging new duplicates on a schedule Most leave new duplicates for someone to find and merge by hand. Some merge on a schedule. Auto Merge on any schedule you set, with a dashboard for every run.
Checking merges before and after In most, a merge can't be undone. Some keep deleted records for a short time. Most keep a merge log. Preview every merge first. Merge History keeps every original record, as a CSV.

Pricing

Dedupely is priced by the records you sync, not by seats, so adding a colleague to review matches costs nothing extra. Records add up across the objects and CRMs you connect, and spreadsheets never count. Sync only the objects you're cleaning, and turn the others off in CRM Settings.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to set up Dedupely?

Connecting a CRM takes a few minutes, and the first sync takes 2–15 minutes for up to 50,000 records. Every object comes with preset Duplicate Searches, so you can see real matches right away and test your first merges the same day.

Will Dedupely change anything in my CRM without me?

No. Connecting, syncing and scanning never change your CRM. Records only change when you merge, or when you turn on Auto Merge for a search you've tested. Every merge is recorded in Merge History, with the original records and the values that won.

Can I control which data survives a merge?

Yes. Merge Rules set the Primary Record, like the oldest or most complete record, and field-level Win and Lose rules for specific fields. Winning values show in bold in your results, and the Merge Preview column shows the final record before you merge.

Do I need a paid CRM plan to use Dedupely?

No. Dedupely works with every HubSpot tier, including the free version, and every Salesforce edition, so you can bulk merge and automate without upgrading your CRM. It also connects to Pipedrive, Close, Nimble and Google Contacts, and cleans CSV files.

Can colleagues help review duplicates?

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users, with no per-user fees. Send unclear matches to Manual Review for the right person to decide, and keep Admin access for the one or two people who manage users, billing and security.
