What is tracked in the Audit Log

The Audit Log records comprehensive details for all system and user events, including:

• Merges: Record merges, background merges, and automated processing.
• Duplicate Scans: Initiated scans, completed scans, and scheduled auto-matches.
• Duplicate Search Operations: Creation, edits, setting updates, filter adjustments, and deletions.
• User & Security Actions: User invitations, role modifications, logins, logouts, and two-factor authentication attempts.
• Account Configurations: Password policy changes, 2FA enforcement, and security setting updates.
• Detailed Log Inspection: Click on any log row to open a pop-up view displaying technical payload details, including User Name, Date & Time, Description, API Path, and HTTP Method.

How to view and filter the Audit Log

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Company Settings."
2. In the left menu, under "Company," select "Audit Log."
3. To filter records by a specific timeframe, select a start date and end date using the date pickers
4. Click "Filter" to apply the selected date range. Click "Reset" to return to the full activity log.
