For RevOps Teams

Clean CRM Data for Every Report, Route and Handoff

Give sales, marketing and service one record per customer. Merge duplicates across objects and syncs with rules every team agrees on, with unlimited users and no per-user fees.

Illustration of three teams sharing one clean customer record

One customer, one record, for every team

When sales, marketing and service each create records their own way, the same customer ends up split across contacts, companies and deals. Reports count them twice, routing sends them to the wrong owner, and every handoff starts with a cleanup. Dedupely gives each team its own searches and one shared set of Merge Rules, so every merge ends the same way.

How Dedupely compares for RevOps teams

Criterion Native CRM tools Other dedupe tools Dedupely
HubSpot–Salesforce sync A merge in one CRM doesn't update the other, so the sync can bring the duplicate back. Just one accounts for the sync. Merges the records in HubSpot and Salesforce in one action, so the next sync doesn't re-create them.
Merging in bulk Most merge a few records at a time. Bulk merging needs a higher plan, or a request to support, in some CRMs. Most support bulk merging. Bulk merge with select-all, on every plan.
Consistent ownership Few let you save a rule for which owner wins, so it's decided one merge at a time. Most offer merge rules, with varying detail. Win and Lose Rules on the owner field, applied in every merge.
Reviewing as a team Most show duplicate suggestions to review one pair or set at a time. Most let you preview merges, and some offer a review queue. A Manual Review queue, with unlimited users on every plan.
Record of who did what Few keep a full record of what changed in each merge. Most keep a merge log. Merge History and an Audit Log of merges, scans and changes.

Pricing

Pricing follows the records you sync, not seats, with unlimited users on every plan, so sales, marketing and service can all review matches. Records add up across every object and connected CRM. Turn objects on and off in CRM Settings to sync only what you're cleaning.

Frequently asked questions

How do RevOps teams split deduplication work across departments?

Give each team the objects and searches that match the data it owns: Marketing for contacts from forms and events, Sales Ops for companies and deals, RevOps for Merge Rules and integrations. Unclear matches go to Manual Review for the right owner, and the Audit Log shows who did what.

Can Dedupely merge duplicates across HubSpot and Salesforce?

Yes, across the HubSpot–Salesforce sync. Connect both CRMs and link them in CRM Settings, and each merge updates the matching records in both, so the next sync doesn't bring the duplicate back. For other CRMs, Dedupely cleans one at a time.

Will merging change account ownership?

Only the way your rules say. Set a Merge Rule on the owner field, for example so the owner of the oldest record keeps the account, and a Lose Rule so former employees never win. Check the Merge Preview before you merge.

Do we pay for every user?

No. Pricing follows the records you sync, not seats, and every plan and the free trial include unlimited users, with Admin and User roles. Admins manage users, billing, security and the Audit Log, and everyone else can review, merge and set up searches.

Can we see who merged what?

Yes. Merge History records every merge, with the original records and the values that won, and you can download it as a CSV. Admins can also see merges, scans, changes to searches and logins in the Audit Log.
