Yes. Bulk merge allows you to match duplicates and merge them in batches - perfect for large one-off cleanups. Auto merge lets you run deduplication continuously in the background, so duplicates are resolved without manual approval. Most partners use bulk merge for initial projects and auto merge for long-term maintenance.
Yes. Every client can have their own setup for match options and merge rules. Dedupely lets you define exactly what “duplicate” means for that CRM.
Yes. Your partner account can include multiple clients across HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and CSV. You don’t need a separate Dedupely account for each client, as everything is managed under one login. We total the duplicate records across all your clients’ CRMs for pricing and apply that against a single tier (with your 15% partner discount). This way, your costs are predictable, no matter how many clients you manage.
You do. As the partner, you hold the account and subscription. From there, you decide how to bill your clients, either by passing through Dedupely’s cost directly or by marking it up as part of a packaged service. This keeps control of the financial relationship in your hands.
No. Only you as the partner create and manage the Dedupely account. Your clients won't need their own Dedupely login, and all of their work continues in their CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive). Whether you tell clients you’re using Dedupely is entirely up to you.
