Merge duplicate tickets in HubSpot

Merge your duplicate HubSpot tickets and eliminate confusion across your support team.

(No credit card needed)

See one problem as one ticket

A customer emails and fills in the form and then calls. Each channel opens its own ticket. Whoever picks one up is missing what the others know.

Dedupely matches duplicate tickets in HubSpot on subject or contact or any property.

The New Duplicate Search panel, with fields to match chosen: First Name on Similar, Last Name on Exact, Email on Domain Root.
Merge Rules by field: Email keeps Primary and appends others, Phone Number keeps the most recent.

Give every thread one owner

Two agents working the same issue answer it twice. The answers do not always agree. The customer notices.

Dedupely merges duplicate tickets so status and owner come from the record your team is working.

Review before anything merges

Support history is sensitive. Nobody wants to merge it on a guess. A wrong merge here is a lost conversation.

Dedupely holds every match until you approve it.

Works with the HubSpot-Salesforce Integration

If your portal syncs with Salesforce, Dedupely spots it the moment you connect.

It reads the properties HubSpot writes on every linked record, so there is nothing to configure: no custom fields, no Workflows, no change to your integration settings.

Every company merge then keeps the Salesforce-linked record, so the Account on the other side never ends up pointing at a record that stopped existing. Linked records carry a Salesforce badge in your search results.

When two records in a match are linked to different Salesforce Accounts, no survivor is safe: so Dedupely holds that match and tells you why. Connect Salesforce as well and one button merges those Accounts first.

Why customers choose us

Configurable without becoming a project.

Dedupely is between tools that take weeks to learn and others that don’t give you any options. Match on any property, set a rule on any field, and still run your first merge the day you connect.

Our pricing.

It follows the records you sync. No per-user fee, no feature matrix and no tiers.

We go deeper.

The hard merges are the ones where both records look right. Dedupely turns those into a single click between two sensible options.

"It couldn't have been much easier to connect to HubSpot and run my first dedupe. The online chat was always quick, and the ease of scheduling a Zoom call with support was so easy."

Questions about duplicate tickets in HubSpot

What happens to the conversation thread when two tickets merge?

Both threads combine on the surviving ticket in date order, so the full exchange stays readable instead of being split across two records.

Can I merge tickets in different pipelines or statuses?

Filter to one pipeline and status, or merge across them and let Merge Rules pick the status the survivor keeps.

Will merging tickets affect SLA or first response time?

The survivor keeps the timestamps your Merge Rules select. Keep the oldest create date if you want the SLA measured from first contact.

How do duplicate tickets happen in the first place?

Usually one person emailing twice, or a form and an email arriving separately. Auto Match watches for the pattern so the pair is caught before three people answer it.
