New Feature: Auto Merge recurring scheduler

Auto merging in Dedupely was one-dimensional. Since day one we decided how often the Auto Merge ran, which was around 45 minutes to an hour. There was no way to program when you wanted it to run.

Introducing Auto Merge scheduling

Auto Merge scheduling allows you to set how often you want Auto Merge to run. You can set the following.

• Minutely, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly intervals
• On specific days of the week or month
• Between certain times of the day
• ASAP (As soon as Dedupely can find your duplicates and merge them)

Set during or outside office hours

Merging duplicates during office hours might cause confusion if the sales team is actively working on large amounts of leads. Or this might be the best time to run merges. By any rate, based on your team, you can decide this thanks to scheduling.

Decide which days of the week or month are best for running auto merges.

The idea is getting optimal data at the right time. Timing duplicate merges is important in fast paced sales teams.
