Many CRM service providers assume deduplication must happen inside the client’s own subscription. That logic fragments deduplication across logins, billing setups, and support handoffs. Dedupely’s partner structure gives agencies and consultants a single control point without giving up separation, access control, or visibility.

Why partners use a unified Dedupely account

A Dedupely partner account consolidates control across multiple CRMs. You can:

  • Set up specific merge rules and matching logic for each client
  • Switch between client CRMs instantly without logging out
  • Manage billing centrally based on total synced records
  • Maintain visibility into all deduplication activity without interfering in client systems

This avoids redundant setup work and enables consistent data practices across all your clients.

How client accounts stay separate and secure

Every client workspace is fully isolated: Records, users, and rules are scoped to that client only. Clients cannot see or access each other’s data, even if managed under the same partner account.

To invite a client or team member:

  1. Open the client’s workspace
  2. Go to “Invite Users”
  3. Add their Name and Email
  4. They’ll get an invitation to collaborate on that specific CRM

What shared billing actually means

Dedupely charges based on total synced records, not per CRM or per client. You control the subscription size and can add or remove workspaces freely.

Key details:

  • One subscription covers all clients under your partner account
  • Plans start at 30,000 records and scale up as needed
  • Clients don’t pay Dedupely directly, you do
  • No automatic overage billing, we will let you know when an upgrade is needed

Example: You manage 3 clients with 10K records each, that’s 30K total. You stay within our Starter Plan tier.

When to act as a partner vs affiliate

Use the partner model when:

  • You want to manage matching and merging for your clients
  • You want all deduplication to happen under your control
  • You plan to bill clients yourself

Use the affiliate model when:

  • Clients want to manage their own deduplication
  • You prefer to refer and earn 20% recurring commission
  • You don’t need visibility or control over their usage
Tip: You can use both models. Dedupely tracks referrals and partner-managed clients separately.

Who handles support, and how much control you have

As a partner, you’re the account owner, which means Dedupely provides support directly to you, not your clients. This keeps you in control of configuration and access.

Our unlimited support includes:

  • Reviewing your match options
  • Building specific Search Pads or merge rules for each client
  • Helping you optimize auto-merge
  • Answering usage or sync questions across workspaces

Dedupely’s team won’t merge records or override your setup. You stay in full control of how and when data is merged.

Adding CSV-based projects into the mix

You can use the same partner account to deduplicate spreadsheet data without syncing a CRM. This is useful for:

  • Imports before CRM migrations
  • Contact list deduplication
  • One-time cleanups for clients not yet on a CRM

To use:

  1. Add a new client and choose to connect a CSV file
  2. Define match options per field
  3. Set merge rules
  4. Run the scan and review the results
  5. Merge
  6. Download the clean master CSV file after review
