### Rows Zoho skips

A contact without a last name never imports. Ten blank rows in a row end the file. Everything below them is lost.
**This checker finds both and leaves the blank rows out of the fixed file.**

### Start from the fields Zoho maps

An owner name in place of an email assigns the record to you. Checkboxes take true or false. Multi-select values need a semicolon.
**The Zoho CRM templates use its standard field names.**

### Questions about Zoho CRM imports

How many rows can Zoho CRM import?
It depends on the edition: Free 1,000 rows, Standard 20,000, Professional 50,000, Enterprise 100,000 and Ultimate 200,000. Files go up to 25 MB and 500 columns.
Why did Zoho stop importing halfway?
Zoho reads more than 10 blank rows in a row as the end of the file.
What does Zoho require in each row?
A last name for leads and contacts and an account name for accounts. Your admin can make more fields mandatory.
How does Zoho handle duplicates on import?
You pick a unique field such as Email. Rows matching a record already in Zoho are skipped, and the match ignores letter case.
Why are imported records assigned to me?
Zoho matches owners by email or user ID. A name in the owner column assigns the record to whoever runs the import.
