Refund Policy

Thanks for using Dedupely. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Your Responsibility

1. Closing your CRM account. If you recently closed your account with the integrated CRM, you must still notify us via support to cancel (or cancel via the dashboard) or receive a refund (within 30 days). We do not monitor access to your integrated CRM account or your Dedupely usage and therefore you must explicitly let us know your wishes in regards to your Dedupely account. We do not issue refunds for the time your CRM account was inactive, disconnected or time you did not use.

2. When you wish to cancel. We make it easy for you to cancel your account and/or request your subscription be cancelled by our support team. It is your responsibility to cancel when you no longer wish to use Dedupely. As such, we do not issue refunds for months where there was a failure to cancel on your part, of anyone at your company, or 3rd party company or person acting on you or your company's behalf. If your email to us bounces (you received a bounce email reply), our site, billing controls or communication technology is non-operational, you must try again soon after (See Our Responsibility).

Our Responsibility

We take the responsibility to cancel your account within due time from the date you requested via support ticket. If our email, website or billing controls are non-operational, you can try again soon after. We consider the first successful point of contact (with the request to cancel) the official date you requested to cancel. We are responsible for having our website and billing controls online 95% of the month. We do not take responsibility for your email coming back as spam or being rejected by our email servers. In the event that Dedupely can no longer provide service for its clients and shuts down permanently, no refunds are issued outside of the policies listed here.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee Refunds

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies if you use Dedupely and are not satisfied with the results, cannot find enough duplicate contacts (within reason) or your data was not correctly merged to your satisfaction.

You have 30 calendar days, from sign up and initial payment, to notify us via support ticket or email that you wish to receive a refund. This refund only applies to the initial payment made during sign up and not any subsequent payments (see "Further Charges").

Once you've notified us of your wish to be refunded, we will cancel your current subscription with Dedupely and send your credit card a refund. You will be notified by email when your refund is being processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the refunded amount to show on your credit card statement.

This applies to all integrations and plans.

Further Charges

If you request a refund before the 30 days since sign up has passed, and your card is automatically charged shortly after due to us taking time to get back to you, we will refund you both the initial amount and the second payment. This is the only circumstance where we refund more than one month's worth of payments.
