Dedupely pricing is based on the total number of records you sync from the CRM objects you choose. Every plan and the free trial include every core feature, unlimited users, unlimited spreadsheet uploads and unlimited merging with Duplicate Searches. All features, including Dedupely Intelligence in full, are on yearly plans. Paying yearly saves you 20% compared to paying monthly. All prices are in USD. ### How record limits work - **You choose the objects.** Only the CRM objects you turn on count, e.g. Contacts and Companies. You sync whole objects, not individual records. - **Your count can change.** Turning objects on or off in **CRM Settings** changes your record count, which can move you to a higher or lower plan. - **All CRMs add up.** If you connect several CRMs, their records count toward the same limit. - **Spreadsheets don't count.** Spreadsheet uploads are unlimited and never count toward your limit. See [Dedupely Intelligence](https://dedupe.ly/knowledge-base/dedupely-intelligence). ### Overages, payments and pausing Added October 15, 2026 - **Going over your limit:** up to 10% over, your account keeps working for 10 days while you upgrade or lower your record count. More than 10% over, or still over after 10 days, your account becomes read-only until you do. Dedupely never upgrades your plan or charges you for going over. See [Billing & Usage](https://dedupe.ly/knowledge-base/billing-usage). - **Failed payments:** you have 3 days to update your card, and Dedupely emails you about it. After that, your account becomes read-only until the invoice is paid. - **Pausing:** on a monthly plan paid by card, you can pause once, for 1, 2 or 3 months, instead of cancelling. - **Read-only** means you can still see everything, and syncing and scans keep running, but merging, Auto Merge, Auto Match and exports stop until it's sorted out. - **Monthly to yearly:** when you switch, any unused part of your monthly payment goes toward the yearly cost. - **Payment methods:** plans are paid by credit card by default. Custom transfer payments and manual invoices are available on request. ### What happens next - **When you upgrade**, your new record limit applies right away. If your account was read-only, it goes back to normal. - **When you switch to yearly**, you get the 20% discount and unlimited merging in Dedupely Intelligence. ### Troubleshooting **My account is read-only.** Your records are probably more than 10% over your limit, or the 10-day grace period ended. Upgrade in [Billing & Usage](https://dedupe.ly/knowledge-base/billing-usage), or turn off objects you don't need right now in **CRM Settings**. A failed payment or a paused plan also makes your account read-only. **My record count is higher than I expected.** Every record in every object you turned on counts, across all connected CRMs, including Salesforce Sandbox records. **I need to pay by transfer or invoice.** [Contact support](https://dedupe.ly/contact) via email or live chat. ### FAQs about pricing - **Am I charged by the number of duplicates or merges?** No. Your plan depends only on the number of records you sync. How many duplicates Dedupely finds, or how many merges you run, doesn't change your price. - **What happens if I go over my record limit?** Up to 10% over, everything keeps working for 10 days. After that, or if you're more than 10% over, your account is read-only until you upgrade or lower your record count. - **Can I pause my plan instead of cancelling?** Yes, once, on a monthly plan paid by card: for 1, 2 or 3 months. You get a reminder email 3 days before billing starts again. - **Do Salesforce Sandbox records count?** Yes. Every synced record counts, from production or a sandbox. - **Are there discounts for non-profits or education?** Yes.
