Filtering Match Lists (By owner and more)

To filter records you want to be scanned for duplicates, set filters for each field. The settings of the filter are specific to the match list.

Go to the field settings of the field you want to use in the filter and click Filter:

The filter dialog will open and you can add your conditions:

Each gray block represents a group of conditions. You can decide if all groups of conditions have to pass or any at the top of the condition list.

Click Save & Close and then click Run Scan to refresh the list with your new filter settings.
