Every duplicate has a cost: reps working the wrong record, reports nobody trusts, migrations stuck for months. Dedupely finds and merges duplicates at scale, safely, so a team can trust its CRM again. ### How it started We started in 2014, building this as a Nimble integration. We knew Nimble's API inside out, and we watched duplicates build up with only one way to fix them: merging records by hand, one pair at a time. So we wrote our own deduplication tool and listed it in Nimble's marketplace as UnDupe. The tool outgrew one CRM. We brought it to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, and it became Dedupely. Today it works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Nimble, Google Contacts and spreadsheets. ### Dedupely today Today, Dedupely is a duplicate management system shaped by the teams who use it, and it keeps growing with them. Every search, rule and safety check started as a real team's way of deduping: the fields they match on, the record they keep, the values that win and the cases they want to check first.
